Personal touch - familiar friendly faces & helpful advice. Kind people - should not be under-rated. Wish there were more clinics ie one in Bath too

The level of personal care and attention was exceptional from my arrival where I sat still and everything was done for me, to the consultation and involvement in all decisions, I felt my needs were really given consideration, and my concerns taken seriously. Thank you!
